We want you to love your LumiGems jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags and certificates attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned if opened or worn. Custom-made or personalized items are also non-returnable.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. LumiGems offers a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If your jewelry breaks due to a craftsmanship issue, we will repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use.
EU & UK Customers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This right does not apply to custom-made or sealed hygiene products (like earrings) that have been unsealed.
